I. Background: (a) PGEC 227 of Tuesday 14.7.26 about POL Shortage & Expected price increase and KC Recommendations in trail, blue, italic and double Line (b) Other relevant PGECs are in para IV, including PGEC 231, 227, etc whereby we predicted further increase.

II. Updated Commentary

(A) Notification: Further to KQU 4068 of 3.9.26, we inform you about the Prices of Petroleum Products Notification on 3rd, 2026 (Attachment 256.1).

III. Saving of Millions: We hope that your entity would have saved millions by following our recommendation as per PGEC 231, 227, 243, etc.

IV. Kasbati & Co Recommendations: In our view, POL prices are likely to be minor increase owing to decrease in international crude oil prices by minor increase,  however, this may increase sharply in case of re-start of Gulf issue. Hence, to save millions compared to competitors, we reiterate our recommendation to fill all the entity's vehicle tanks (to the possible extent) ASAP, given several PGECs covering increases, ignoring a few PGECs covering minor reductions. However, please see para V & VI.

V. Jamaat-e-Islami Sir-in / Dharna and PDL Reduction or Waiver

1.  Effects of Sit-in / Dharna likely to reveal good new shortly for Public as Prime Minister High Level 3 Member Committee Representative finally contacted Jamaat e Islami Naib Ameer Liaquat Baloch Sb finally to agree to meet at JI chosen place either at Mansoorah OR Lahore Dharna. JI is escalating protests over the PDL & High Electricity. JI will respond after Hafiz Naeem Sb return to Lahore

2. Having stated in para IV, based on the the Sit-In and Warning of JI as covered in today morning KQU Nationwide Sit-in / Dharna to remain continue & Millions Rallies & Protest on Thursday 3 September against PDL & High Electricity Bills (leading to Inflation) and these Dhanas are continue since 14 days and are likely to lead to reduction in POL prices, as the public & social media are supporting JI; while eletronic & print media are likely to increase support for JI's clause, as POL & Electricity are Major Public issue leading to High Inflation, Social Injustice, Street Crimes, etc. 

3. To cover this Revenue Gap, JI is asking for reduction Govt excessive expenses (including free electricity, petrol, protocols, etc) and avoid Corruption eg refer to  Pakistan's Corruption Exposed IMF 2025 Report Explained.  Please pray for Dharna success (which is for all of us) in order to reduce Inflation, etc for our Family's well-being, Industrial progress, and a better Economy.
